If after attending Day 1 of the conference you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your ticket price. You must let us know immediately after Day 1 of the conference.
REFUND POLICY/COVID DISCLOSURE
If we are not able to host this conference live and in-person due to Covid, we will broadcast it through our app as we did last year. All attendees will still be able to purchase kits and products at special prices through the exhibitor center on the app.
If, due to government restrictions, we are prohibited from hosting this conference live, or attendees are prohibited from traveling, all attendees who purchased live, in-person tickets will have the option to attend online and receive a refund for the difference in their ticket price or cancel for a full refund.
If no such restrictions are in place, ALL deposits and payments towards the ticket balance are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the invoice for the ticket balance is not paid in full by the due date, your deposit will be deemed Non-Refundable and your ticket will be resold. Your deposit and balance payments are final.
If you realize you won’t be able to attend, email us at email@example.com. Please include your first and last name, and the email address you used when you registered for the conference.
If you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the event, we will do our best to sell your ticket. If we find someone to purchase your ticket, we will refund your deposit and any balance payments you’ve made.
If you give us less than 30 days notice, we will not refund your deposit or balance. However, you can apply your balance to any of our future conferences.
You can transfer your ticket to another attendee, to take your place, at no extra fee. Please note, you MUST email us at LEAST 15 days in advance at: firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we have time to print new certificates, badges, and other conference items that need attendee names.
Please provide your replacement attendee with your original registration information, so they can communicate with us and receive our messages.
If you have requested special items that required a deposit (for example, masterclasses), these items will be available to the artist you transfer your ticket to.
Your cancelation request must be submitted in writing using the email address or contact form listed above.
Denial of Admission
We reserve the right to deny admission to any event attendee we believe does not meet the qualifications to attend and/or provided fraudulent information during registration.
You may be asked to leave the event if you exhibit unruly or disruptive behavior, or any behavior that repeatedly makes it difficult for fellow attendees to enjoy the event. There will be no refunds to anyone in these circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation). Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the Vegas PMU Conference Host.
